Inspectn toay

Kay's place was bad today.   

The place really stunk today.  It hasn't been this bad since I complained and they  fixed the problem.  I called a caregiver and asked her to clean it up.   Both rooms and bathroom smelled very bad.   It was not completely cleared  but it was improved.  You can not let these small rooms have anything soiled as it will smell bad.  It is wall electric heat and I know from experience to clear it out that without the air circulating out of the room it will not smell good.    Later the various supervisors toured the 3rd floor as an inspection.  Whether they went into the rooms I don't know but if they did not go in, their inspection was meaningless.  If they didn't find anything on the third floor their inspection was a failure.  They have had a notice up for about a month that everyone was to attend a staff meeting yesterday.  Without except ion. To do the  job right they must keep the old clothing, removed from  patients, out of these small rooms.  Not long ago I gave a complement on how well it was going but the next day it was bad.  I believe the patients are paying for a pleasant enviorment.  Before they got to the state they are in now, they would not live that way  And  now   that they are helpless it is no excuse to let it happen because it takes  work and they are not able to protest.  Really funny about the inspection.  If they found nothing and this was the worst day so far I think these inspections are a big laugh.
