Back to normal.

 Looks like I can resume normal operations.   Went to the doctor today and he checked me over pretty good.  I arranged for  visits to the eye doctor to get a certified ok that I am legally blind.  They have been tracking me for years but they cant just write out  the certificate.  You don't get better.  The cataracts don't stop growinng, the macular degeneration doesn't stop getting blacker, the glacucoma does not stop dimming my eye sight.  So what can it be but greed or more money for another office visit? I decided to check with a physical therapist to see if some muscle strengthening exercises that will make this low back discomfort less.  In 1970 or so on a walk down to cape Alava to the Indian digs there I got a severe lower back pain.  Later exercising lower back and stomach muscles got me over it.  I also found that I am now only 5 feet 5 inches.  I used to be 5'10.  I cant believe it.  How is  it done without being in a wheel  actually in all the visit was quite informative.  Thie clinic is a training center for doctors out of school.  I got a long haired young guy.  They consult with the master Dr who has been around a while.  We got on a discussion about low blood sugar and why they dont want it  But on the other hand it has to go the other way. It is up or down.  I've been protecting myself from hypoglycemia for years.  But due to the change in routine when I went down to the lab I felt as if my b/g was low and cecked it.  Sure enough it was so low the meter would not register it. I real quick ate one of the truffles I keep for Kay and a couple graham crackers and got it back up real fast. This would not have happened if I were in my normal routine. 
I will resume going back to see Kay tomorrow by cab.  He installed a program on my laptop and I will give it to him to see what might be wrong. Yellow cab drivers rent the cab by the day or month.  They by law are required to show a meter that you can see.  But as I call him and agree to it he can leave it off and charge me a fee less than what the meter would say.  I like that because he charges me less than the reg fare.  Besides he runs errands and stuff like that and charges me even less than what the meter might charge.  He  has given me the name of an honest driver  for week ends.  The normal driver from Africa does not cheat you but they don't know the city, how to program the GPS ( some of them) Some are so new you cant understand  them.  Going the long way costs you.
