Restful Visit

Went by cab to see Kay.    I took her to the usual hangout and had only Graham Crackers to give her.  The truffles I left at the apartment after restocking.  We went back to her room and I just laid on the bed with her because I was very tired from lack of sleep last night. The Dr says   I am ok to resume normal operations. So rested up with her then took the cab home about two hours later.  Oh I  forgot, before going to her room they were putting on a pancake makeup exercse but I decided rest in her room was better.  She is no longer interested in these things.  I don't think I ever saw her with a pancake make up.  She made up every morning and took it off every night.  Her skin is still very good.  No wrinkles.

After getting home at the med room  they took my B/P.  The person taking it has had 6 hours instruction about dispensing pills, taking P/P and a few other things particular to her duties. This is the one I strongly suspect can hardly read.  The first read was 68/60. She even thought that was not right.  The next was 168/72 still not close. I came hone and on the Omron got 131/ 63. Yesterday at the Dr. My b/p read 118/52 the low one I am not positive of. I wrote a letter to the dr and said I objected to them using any of these readings from Cascade for medical decisions.
