Sunday not a good visit

About 1990

The visit today ended badly.  I got to Cascade about 1:30 from a load time of 12:30.   Kay was in the Dining room where 3 or 4 were watching the Seahawks.  She isn't interested.  I took her to our favorite place and gave her the usual truffles.  She seemed pretty normal.  We were headed back to her room but the attendant intercepted us and asked if we would like to go to the Christmas sing event down stairs.  Kay seemed chilled so I gave her my coat.  We listened for a while then she indicated she hurt.  She does this by saying "bad"  this time the indication was that it was very bad.  I
took her to the back of the room and asked her where she hurt and she indicated in her abdomen.  It really was lower than where acid reflux hurts.  At this time it was approaching time for the shuttle to come so I was in a little bit of a pickle because she had my coat on and I didn't want to forcibly take it off her. She didn't want to take it off.  She didn't want me to leave.  It was not a good situation.  She didn't really want me to leave her.  Finally I told her I might come back tonight and tomorrow.  Eventually I was able to get her to take it off.  The shuttle had arrived by then.  I got home at 2 40 something which is the earliest so far.

Kay and father
This is what has worried me all along.  She hurts and cant tell where it hurts.  The nurse tried to get her to take an ant-acid pill but she would not take it.  I go back to video editing. I ran into some video made in 1990. Dancers  at Leavenworth a reconstructed Bavarian village.  Real heavy snow with me sitting in the snow reading something.  This demonstrates just how hard it can snow here in WA.  About 6 inches in just 2 or 3 hours. While  the public TV station tries to sell  memberships proclaiming the wonders of WA.  Kay is in a number of them which makes it hard because that is the way she was and but  now...This was at Christmas because the tree was up and I also showed a lot of the decorations.  We always had a bunch.
I just checked with the nurse and she said Kay was holding her hand and kissing it.  Smiling and seemingly feeling pretty good.
