A breakfast of carbs.
I am still weak I but I am over whatever I had. I will take a short walk in a bit. I must as everything we had for breakfast were carbohydrates. Except for the piece of pressed ham. I like ham but not the pressed stuff. So my breakfast was small portions of the carbs. Oatmeal cereal, apple butter, and a big piece of coffee cake. Just guessing there were a couple hundred grams of carbs. I forgot the milk. More carbs.
