If your credit card or debit card has RFID you are suspectible to crooks obtaining or using your card without your knowledge. If you have had them replaced or issued fairly recently most likely the RFI chip is embeddin in the card. There are several methods of idntifying which card has it but just assume it has the chip in it. There is a simply way of defeating unauthorized use of you RFI by shielding it in some sort of metallic shield. A simple temporary method would be to just get a piece of aluminum foil and wrapping it in the foil. There are places that sell covers for credit cards but in the meantime just use some aluminum foil. I am testing the method of spraying the wallet with metallic paint to see if that shields the chip enough.
Don't believe the credit card company when it says that it is safe because it has been demonstrated that it is not safe. Better be safe than sorry.
