The Senior Observer

Unless you have a microscope  you will look in vain for lemon in lemon meringue pie in the supermarket.  That goes double for eggs in angel food cake.  Now check out the butter fat in 2 percent milk compared to whole milk. Is the same in Fred Meyer milk. BTW they make 2 percent milk by skimming milk then putting back 2 percent cream. How do they make whole milk?  Beats me.
