Walking beats the shuttle.

 Transportation was good (one way)today.  Getting there was easy but getting back took an hour and a half.  If I could walk I could have beaten the bus by walking as it is only 5 and a half miles between the two places. 4 miles an hour is a brisk walk yes but it could be done. I think I might set up a donation box so those who feel sorry can send me there by cab.  How about that???

Kay was in the activity room so I took her to our common place but someone else was sitting in one of the chairs.  This  now happens now and then because when we started sitting there others are doing it now and then.  I took her to her room and played the DVD I am creating for anyone who wants or will accept it. But deciding that it needs some major improvements before I send  more DVD's out.  The first part has a musical selection about 5 minutes long but very weak on material about Kay.  People who are not all that familiar and want to hear music from the Phantom of the Opera will get bored very quickly.  My idea is to get people to somehow associate the words and melody of the music with the love and life of Kay and me. The rest of the movie is ok but I will have to find quite a bit to put in this first 5 minutes.  I have upgraded the rest of the video with much more video and captions explaining where Kay might have been. 
It's just this first part I am not satisfied with. 

It was too rainy and cool to take her outside today.

Finished the DVD project.

 the past two days my visits to Kay have been uneventful. I spent most of our time in her room just being together  I think that keeps her attached to her family.   I take her out in the hall a couple times and then give her some truffles on her bed.  Today when we came in from the hall she went immediately into her room although I am not sure she recognized her bed right away.  I was at it and offered her the truffle so I am not sure she would have immediately have known which was hers.  

I also gave her part of a banana which she ate most of.  So she is still hungry.  I am out of Graham crackers so I cant give her any of them.  As usual the shuttle is very undependable taking over an hour to get to see Kay today.  Going back had only an extra stop so it was fairly short.
Kay wore her red suit from Dianne for Christmas which looked good.  I took a picture yesterday and when I download it I will post it. 

I finished the DVD a few minutes ago and will send it out to people who have not got an earlier version.  It still is not the greatest but I will stop and make enough to send to people who do not now have earlier versions. I left out one song that I had edited first but I am too tired of working on this project so I am leaving it out  Later when I get the ambition I will put it in again for another later version  I will continually give them away from time to time.  If you want one please ask. 22 minutes long

TV as monitor

If you are looking for a big screen computer monitor  and have a computer of some kind with HDMI output instead of buying a monitor buy a TV with HDMI input.  Most TV's these days come with DVD players so you can have everything in one unit receiving the computer output. Monitor, dvd player and TV for maybe a hundred bucks more. Big screen is nice.
