Suttle trouble

 Routine trip today.  Both ways.  Looks like they are trying to arrange new methods to keep track of clothing.  The place has been in business for over 10 years and you would think that they would have develope systems for keeping track of clothing by now.  It only makes clear that an occasional trip to visit a loved one is not sufficient to get knowledge of the workings of the system.  I go every day and have a huge advantage.  I also have an insight of how the bus shuttle system works. If you only ride it once a week and something doesn't work right it does not have the impact that riding the busses every day has. 2 out of 5 or 6 days  that has huge delays or time in transit makes an impact.  I have decided to contact the authorities about the miserable performance of the Pierce County Shuttle.  I have talked to several drivers and they agree with me it seems to be just poor performance. When a driver gets notice to pick me up and that comes just minutes after I called the dispatcher it is obvious they had forgotten to get me on the manifest until after  I called. It is impossible by their rules to get a ride the same day.  So  they have days to set up a ride.   ... More coming. Stay tuned.
