How Sony rips you off.
I ordered a video editing program through Tom from Sony. I got the offer by email from Sony. I could get the full program for special price of $37.95 ( cheap I thought as I paid 129.00 3 or 4 years ago at Office Depot for the then version 9 of the editing program.) In the meantime their versions of the program had gone from 9 to 13 which was the version I had Tom to order for me. I could get the full program on disc for 37.95 plus rip off price of 9.95 for shipping a disc I learned after ordering. As the order was done on a week end there was no one to talk to or get a response when we got back the info that we were getting the upgrade for $59.95. So Sony (Standard Oil of New York) Advertises one price then charges you another. Besides not giving you anyone to talk to to explain what is going on. Besides they are sending it by Fedex ground which takes a week. L suspect someone in India or the Philippines has a hand in this. Someone who does not even own a computer no doubt. You know this don't you? The people in India or the Philippines probably do not own a computer when you talk to them about a problem.
