Visit with social worker

I had something in mind to tell about but I forgot what it was. Today it was delivery day.  During the week I send emails to Tom and he gets the stuff and brings them to me usually on the week end.  He has been pretty busy the past few days.  Peggy had a cyst removed from her hand a few days ago and is still in some pain.  David had an operation on some ligaments on his knee and Tom was involved in that somehow. You know how fathers are when their kids are involved in  hospital visits.  After he brought me my stuff  We went over to Cascade Gardens to  visit with the State social worker and the Gardens person who is in charge of the patients.  We have expressed our concern that Kay is not getting enough to eat. According to the weights I was given by the nurses in charge she had lost 15 pounds while there in the past 7 moths.  The Cascade person claimed that she has not lost any and presented some weight results to prove it.  If that is true I got the wrong information from the nurses.  On the other hand she always seems hungry when we take her out.  Tom took Kay and me to the Tacoma Mall and we got some ice cream.  I a cone and Kay a Milk Shake.  I can not remember when she ate a whole milk shake.  but she did this one.  The same way every time we take her out.  She eats like she is very hungry.  I don't know who is right.  All I know is when we get her away from Cascade Gardens she  eats like she is hungry.  I will assume she is eating enough to keep from being hungry when at the Gardens in order not to worry about being hungry.

After we brought her back we took her to the community room and left her.  She seemed fairly content because she was able to wave goodbye to us.  The is the  bad time for me which is me at bedtime
thinking of her and me not able to see each other at bedtime.  I think most people will feel this way because there are no other thoughts to interfere with thinking of the other person when you get ready for bed .
