Elevator is broken

 This place has two small elevators, one has been broken down most of the time I have been here.  When you consider that a great number of people here are in wheel chairs, motorized wheel chairs, walkers and canes it should be obvious that two elevators are necessary all the time.  The elevators are 4x6 feet.  One big wheelchair and occupant can  be the the only person to get on the elevator at once. There are only a couple here that fit that description but at best only one wheel chair and a couple walkers can fit at one time.  So when dinner or a meal is finished and they start heading for the elevators you may have to wait half an hour or more to get on the elevator.  This is a 5 story building with the dining room on the second floor which means the elevator has to also accommodate people going down to the first floor.  It's a real pain to have to make out with only one elevator.  Peoples  nerves tend to get raw while waiting for elevators.
