the first kiss

The thing today seems to be on the radio talk shows is the fist kiss. I cant tell you what my first kiss was. I had several opportunities when very young but now it is not possible to remember. I do remember one girl I went out with who was her first. I was in high school and took this girl out who had consumption as it was called in those days. I think she went to the same fundamentalist church I went to. When I took her home I gave her a kiss more like a peck on the lips. She thanks me for doing it. I am sure because of her tuberculosis she had never been kissed. Or even taken out I suppose. For years I thought what a dumb thing to do. I later had a sister die from tuberculosis so it wasn't a very smart idea. Most people over 50 years have had the scratch test for tuberculosis which I did. It turned out positive so maybe I had immunity from that as I did ok.
