Kay slept quite a lot today. At dinnertime I got a Meals on Wheels TV dinner for us plus salad and cottage cheese. Kay dabbled for a while than told me to put it back and save it. Well, if you don't eat a TV dinner the first time it is doubtful if you will eat it the second time. I don't know how Meals on Wheels can produce so many varieties of meals yet they all smell about the same when you open them up. I thought Kay might be sick so I asked if she was but she said she was just full. I considered if she could not tell the difference between sick and full as she had not even snacked on anything that I knew of for some time. But as there was nothing I could I let her go back to bed while I cleaned up. Dementia sufferers finally get to the place where they are unable or unwilling to eat and I am concerned about this. But I am pretty sure she is not anywhere near that condition so what the problem is I don't know.
I am working on extracting scenes of Kay from all of our 80 years of home movies. What I have done is make a mess. There are so many DVD's I have made from 8,16 mm film and video tape that it is hard to know when I made and what excerpts there are. After Robin and Mary came down with a dinner I showed some to them and that particular DVD had lots of duplicate scenes. He laughed when I told him I hoped it would be done by Christmas. No one know how hard it is to do this particular job. So the end result may be some missing scenes and some duplicate scenes. But this is a pretty unique project because how many people have film of their family for 80 years. Not every year of course but enough to have a record. This is without still pictures too which I have not gotten into. I intend to add some to some places that might be appropriate.
