Obamas use of tele-prompters

I finally saw what kind of tele-prompters Obama uses in his news conferences and similar meetings.  Way back on each side you see a big screen tv with what he is to say scrolling down.  That is why he keeps swinging his head left and right.  He doesn't have a teleprompter directly in front so he never looks straight ahead.  He looks straight ahead when he asnwers a question because the teleprompter doesnt; work then.  No one bothered to ask him today about what he is to do about the Israelis building on Arab land in spite of the freeze.
