Kay in wheel chair

When I got there today I found Kay in a wheel chair in the dining room with several others.   I asked the Caregiver why and she said she seemed unsteady walking in the hall.  I think she was in the wheelchair at least partially because the caregiver was in a hurry.  Kay walks very slow some times.  I have a pesty virus or malware that keeps bothering my computer.  A black dot appears on the secreem and it takes possession of the cursor.  I can get rid of it temporarily but it comes back.  I think it can also do other damage.  I don't know whart to call it to look it up.  None of these free virus progreams can do anything about it.  Or anything else it appears.
