\ An informative trip to see Kay today.  The cab drive was the worst I have ever had.  First  I had to wait 45 minutes before it got  here. The driver was fresh off the boat from Somalia and I could not understand most of what he said.  He .....Ahh forget it.

Kay was in the community room and I took her immediately to the usual place and gave her two truffles and a couple graham crackers.  Then to her room and we (I) watched the football game.  She likes cradle her head on my arm or chest. I continued to give her crackers.  I was told that she ate breakfast and lunch even some ice cream at lunch.  The  way she ate the truffles and crackers would indicate she was hungry. This about 2 pm. I took her into the dining room where they were watching the game but she didn't want to  stay long so I took her back to the room for the rest of my stay about two hours.  She seemed ok with my leaving and responded to my wave when I left. I think I can safely not take a cab driven by drivers from Africa any more. If I go on a week end some one
will have to take me.  Every time these guys take a wrong turn it costs you money. I'll take my regular cab driver or I wont go.
I am still not fully recovered.  I am still on antibiotics.  I forgot to have them weigh her. That will prove whether she is eating or not.
