Drones and PTSD

When you consider the 4,000 or so killed in Iraq and Afghanistan over the past 10 or 12 years and compare those casualties to Vietnam, Korea, WW2, WW1 and before it looks like it is not necessarily the number of casualties that causes PTSD but living under the stress that causes PTSD.  When you compare the 4 or 5 thousand to the 10's of thousands in the other conflicts the current war is small potatoes.  The PTSD is real.  But what I am thinking about in the current drone war is what is it doing to the civilians where the bombs from drones are being dropped.  The only comparison I have heard about is about a survivor of the buzz bombs and V2 rockets which were  dropped on London in ww2.  One of the survivors of that era say she still has nightmares from the terror of those rockets and bombs.  So from this I would gather there are a lot of terrorized Pakistanis  from the drone bombs. Much worse than even WW2.
My guess is the US  will not be the only possessor of drones forever.   Other nations are no doubt working hard on their version of drones.
Something to think about.  Fortunately we are thousands of miles from those who would like to drop one on us
 Have a pleasant sleep.

All surplus antiques, collectibles and everything not needed for daily living will be disposed of. We want to save our kids from having to decide what to do with it when we die. That is a time of chaos. I am listing everything at http://realancient.blogspot.com free for family and small price to non-family members
