New employee

There is an  ancient saying "When in Rome do as the Roman's
  do."We have our first Moslem worker.  That I know of. She serves in the dining room. She wears  the cover over all but her face.  Normal attire below the necck Why   didn't they hire her as a Caregiver where she  would have to give dirty old men showers? Would she do that job? My problem is that Moslems want to kep their cchains.  There is freedom here but they keep their chains.
