Apartment dwelling

It is surprising how the attitude of the owners of this apartment complex change when you have to move out. There is the usual Lovey Dovey when you move in but boy howdy does it change when you move out. Apparently they couldn't care less what you think of them when you move out. Most leases have clauses against damage to the property with ordinary wear and tear excepted. Not this Wiedner outfit. When you sign a lease now your also are responsible to wash windows fill in picture hanger holes and almost everything required put it back on the market without them having to do anything at all except perhaps go in and paint it. The apartment complex has workers to make an apartment ready to rent who come in after a tenant moves out and does what is necessary. They are dealing with unsophisticated people unlearned in rules of law at all in most cases and harass them to make them do what in the past has been done by the apartment house owners. So they harass them in doing all this ordinary wear and tear stuff. Apparently Wiedner feels it is in their interest to make the tenant do all these things that have been done in the past by Wiedner and screw what they think. In other words they don't care how you feel against Wiedner when you leave. There is a sucker out there who needs a place to rent.
