Netflix gets more friendly

Netflix seems to be getting more friendly since the Redbox is making inroads into their business I can't remember ever getting a response to a returned DVD on Saturday morning. So I expect this is due to their rival redbox. I used redbox once or twice. The last time I rented three at a time and all of them were unplayable because of scratches or dirt. So I have been reluctant to rent any more. They have such a limited selection anyway.
