Kay drawing again.

My idea to get Kay to draw again is working. I don't know how long I can keep her  interested but as she gets her skill back maybe  she will continue on her own.  I gave her a portrait to copy and this is the result.  When and if she gets better I will give her the sketching pad and pencils to work on the 16 by 20 pad.  Is that what is used to draw with?  I am totally ignorant of painting and art.
