Parting company with the Seattle Times

After about 78 years I have decided to get along without the Seattle Times.  I got their bill today and they now want $72 dollars for 3 months subscription. I know things are tough all over  but it is going to be up to the Seattle Times to make it without my help.  I have either tried to sell the Times or read it since 1933 now I am going to get along without it.  Let them woo me like  Time magazine is doing.  If they come up with a better offer then I may come back.   Nothing would please the politicians more than not  having a newspaper breathing down their backs.  Especially Washington State politicians who make an African crook look like Honest John.  The investigative quality of  TV News is a joke.  The big newspapers is what concerns the politicians.

Whether the Times is going continue publication doesn't really depend upon my subscription anyway  so at least I don't really have their demise my responsibility.
Sorry about this.
