Kay is really confused today
Kay came into the living room this morning and asked me where was she. She said she could see the surroundings but could not tell where they were. It is hard for her to get these things out. It is hard to know what to say under these circumstances. But it was clear she is very confused and does not know what to make of it. Under these circumstances it is hard to know what to say so usually I just tell her her memory is bad. Later I came and put my hand on her to comfort her and she told me she was afraid. I think her mind is clear enough to recognize the fact that there is something terribly wrong with her and her future is in serious trouble. That is a sad thing to be in this condition and know you have trouble and cant understand what it is. I will stay as close to her as I can to keep her mind off her condition.
Later when she settled down we were going to go to Starbucks and watch the traffic and pedestrians go by. But as I was a little hungry we went to Fred Mayer's and had a bowl of soup. This was enough so afterwards we came home and she went to bed for a nap.
