How things change

If you wonder  how something like this could happen even way back in then wonder no longer.  This is part of the publication put out on the QE 1 (I suppose) On the ship were about 16,000 troops including  nurses, USO, and other women.  Up on the officers deck of course.  Just another thing to alienate the common soldier from the gentlemen by act of congress.  

I thought you might enjoy a look at how they handled these subjects.
