Bad Day Today
A very bad day. Kay did manage to get dressed but she called me into the front room and sounded very depressed. From what she told me she feels totally helpless. First it was. "I cant go on". Then "I am totally alone". "I cant take care of myself any longer." "I cant help you" Her eyes were very drowsy. She knows enough to be depressed about her mental condition. It isn't easy to hear her say these things. However somewhat later she managed to perk up to let me take her to Fred Meyer for lunch. I hope she comes back to where she has been. But I suppose this is how these things go.
